Precision Garage Door of SJ provides excellent service for any and all garage door needs you may have. My 20+ yr old metal door required new rollers, new springs and mechanical lifting assemblies. John arrived on time (as well providing me with advance notice of arrival), carefully assessed the work and presented me with all options, and was extremely friendly and informative during this process. Once I decided, the work was executed efficiently and flawlessly in under 2 hours. Quality is outstanding and exceeded my expectations!! My garage door now operates smoothly and as if it were new - an incredible experience beginning to end! Finding their website was my 1st and last stop in sourcing the repairs to my garage door. We chose precision door as a reliable repair source for Chamberlain, garage door openers after looking on the Internet. A really great choice. Back in business with a garage door that now operates better than it has in years in less than 3 hours - absolutely amazing - thank you! He was able to do all of the work within a few hours based on the parts in his truck, and the work was amazing. Everything was just as promised, and he explained it all in detail too. I found Precision on the web and, after having read a few reviews, realized they were the company to contact about my problem. Opening the "Chat", I described my issues and they set up an appointment for the following afternoon between 2:00-6:00. John arrived around 2:30, examined my door and within minutes provided me with FOUR estimates; from basic parts replacement to total renovation. I chose option 2, which covered all new hardware, a new lock and a 3 year warranty. Having everything he needed, he immediately got to work. I saw nothing but professionalism in everything he did and his answers to my occasional questions were both informative and reassuring. He was finished within an hour and a half. My door, though admittedly old, never felt so smooth (and LIGHT) in its action! Granted, I did experience a little "sticker shock" when I saw the estimate, but I have no regrets whatever...Precision (at least John) is worth every penny. I highly recommend them.
