Josh was very professional and informative when my 25-year-old garage door opener needed to be replaced. He explained both new options in detail, once installed, gave a thorough demonstration, answered all my questions and helped me set-up the keypad and the app. He cleaned up so well I think my garage was cleaner than when he first arrived. :) I would highly recommend this company for any garage door service!

We were impressed with the service Precision provided. We just moved to this house that had a manually operated garage door opener. We were frustrated beyond words. We nonchalantly called Precision for a quote not knowing when this calamity would be over. Indeed, they came, and like a magic wand we blanked, and we were teleported into the 21st century. I was very pleased with the tech Jules. He was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in what was needed for the garage door. He explained what was needed and gave me options of what needed to be done. He gave me a call before he arrived to let me know when to expect him. He went over all that was needed, which was more then I expected but the door needed to be updated as it was over my living here. I got your company number from my neighbor who had used your company and was very happy with the work that was done. Your technician Anthony Cellucci was very professional and knowledgeable and he explained all the options that were available to us. He replaced the rollers, springs, extension cabels, bottom seal, 2 Genie motors and belt rails. He also replaced the wall pads and remote controls.
