I have Aaron helped with installing a new tension cable system to replace an old system that was noisy and constantly causing issues with the cable. With the new system and 5yr warranty, I am at ease with not having to worry about when the garage door cable will break again. The advertisement I saw on line stated that service could be completed immediately because all of the parts were on hand with the service technician. I called got an appointment same day within a couple of hours. Anthony, the technician arrived promptly at the appointment time and was able to give me a quote and complete the repairs within two hours. Wonderful service in every way. I called on a Thursday, got an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived not only on time but early. That is unheard of in this day and age. He was extremely knowledgeable, competent and professional in repairing my garage door. Plus, he was pleasant and courteous. Best of all, my door works perfectly now. I should have called Precision Garage Door Service sooner. I would have saved myself a lot of aggravation and unnecessary expense.

Today my garage door would not close. I called precision doors of south jersey and an hour later I had help at my door!! Jules and Tymere were wonderful. Everything was inspected and I was walked through everything that was wrong with our garage door opener and how it would be fixed. I was given options, made my selection and they got right to work. Once finished they walked me through everything and how it all worked. It looked beautiful and ran so smoothly!! I’m so happy with everything!! Thank you Jules and Tymere for your excellent service!! Excellent customer service and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Technician (Anthony) gave me options from least expensive to full replacement on garage opener. He did not try to sell me the most expensive way to correct my problems however I did go with the full replacement opener (my decision). Repair was relatively quick for a new replacement. Prices were good. Technician also pin pointed another potential problem and corrected for me, Very polite and cleaned up and a neat worker.

Old, wooden overhead door wouldn't open and was slowly deteriorating. Searched Google for local companies with quick response and couldn't be more pleased with yours. Decided it was time to replace instead of repair. Installer Jeremy DiPietro arrived on time and did an awesome job. Not only is he personable and friendly, but is knowledgeable, a hard worker, and left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. New door looks great and the entire experience, from first phone call through installation, exceeded my expectations - thanks to Lyndsay and Josh for all of your assistance, and thank you Jeremy for a wonderful job on the installation!

We just purchased our new home but had some issues with the garage opener wall switch. Apparently, the builder didn't properly install the safety sensors causing the switch to not function correctly. Using the chat feature on Precision’s website, I was able to get same day service! Rob S. stopped by and took care of us. He was very knowledgeable and quickly noticed that the builder's installation wasn't performed correctly. Rob made the necessary adjustments and recommended to update certain system components that were nearing the end of their use life. He also adjusted the garage door so it would close and seal properly. I really liked his philosophy of "…there aren’t problems, only solutions!" Thanks Rob and Precision for getting our garage door “Back On Track” !!

My garage door's cables snapped making the door inoperable. In less than one day after contacting Precision they had my door totally rebuilt better than expected. The Precision Serviceman was Anthony Cellucci who was very professional and had all the materials in his truck to fix the door. Mr Cellucci was on time, courteous, kept a clean work area and had the expertise to fix the door quickly and correctly.
