Our technician John showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door motor. He replaced the motor and all the associated items and thoroughly explained how to use the new equipment. He also walked us through installing the mobile app so that we can use it to operate the system. We are very happy with the level of service we received.

I contacted Precision to repair a broken spring and pulley for my garage. They were incredibly prompt and professional in their response. The technician who made the repairs is named Josh. Josh was also prompt in his arrival, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the garage in no time! I am completely satisfied with the repairs!
