I’ve had a positive experience with Precision Doors in the past. They provided excellent service when I purchased two openers and had them installed. Recently, I had an appointment for my dad’s house, which had recently passed away. The garage door stopped working, so I scheduled the service appointment, which was straightforward. They arrived on time, and I was concerned that the opener, being four years old, might have a major issue. However, to my surprise, it was a minor problem that they replaced the part without charging me for the service call. To add to their professionalism, they also replaced the bad door button without any additional charge. Anthony, the technician, was very courteous and efficient. Jules was scheduled to come and repair a broken hinge. Before starting this repair he examined the entire unit, cables, springs, motor, etc. He gave three options. We made the decision to do the overall system. Jule was professional and did an excellent job. We were impressed with Precision since we called early in the day and got an appointment for later that day. Jule called and said he was running ahead and could he move his appointment time earlier. We said yes. He was prompt and explained everything. He was pleasant and did an excellent job. He cleaned up and reviewed everything. He is a credit to your organization. The tech that serviced/fixed my garage doors is Jasper. Jasper was very helpful in taking me thru and explaining why my doors were not operating correctly and how can they be fixed. Problem was solved, service guy had great knowledge and very courteous and communication was excellent but I think I paid too much extra $500 just to fix hunged garage door and putting some lubricant no other parts were involved. $500 for the 30 min work when no parts are involved I think is expensive.
