Called at 10:00am about needing the bottom seal of my two garage doors replaced. Was given a time between noon and 4pm the same day, could not believe it. Phil Ruby called enroute to my home and he was very professional.. Told me some things that I should address regarding the doors, but at the time, I just needed to seals installed. I would definitely recommend your company. On time and professional.

Precision was able to replace my garage door opener in less than two hours. Anthony my technician was on time, efficient and patient. He showed me the finished product and programmed the keypad. He also programmed our cars which we would not have been able to do. I highly recommend Precision!

I’ve had someone here three or four times and could not totally fix my garage door. It would sometimes would not open and will not close. Your technician found the problem and got it working….. but still needed a whole new unit. Luciano was professional and courteous…. Explained what needed to be done and made suggestions for other things to be replaced…. He was not pushy….. just explained what he thought I needed for keeping it running smoothly. Have an appointment on Wednesday to put in the unit

Initially bought a new garage door, 2 openers and matching hardware for our current garage door (2 car garage with double doors, one that needed to be replaced). Salesman was professional and did an excellent job, priced it out and told us it would be about a month. Precision set up an appointment for our doors to be installed and gave us a window of 8-10AM for our technician to arrive. The day before this window was changed to 8-12, which was not a major issue and I planned my day accordingly. Did not hear from technician until after 1pm, he arrived around 2:30PM and the job took until around 9PM at night. Technician explained he received another job morning of which pushed him back, but Precision never reached out to me. One of our panels on the new garage door was damaged, and the rollers on the existing garage door were not replaced. Technician told me they would order a new panel and replace it once it came in. Now 3 months from initial order still waiting on the replacement panel. Precision has told me panel should be in soon, but feeling frustrated we were not made a priority on the day of our installation, and that as they have received our payment we are not a priority for the replacement panel.

I would like to thank Precision Door Services for their quick response to repair my garage door on Tuesday at 10am upon leaving my home my garage door would not open I called Precision Door Services by 2:30pm Technician Jules Roldan arrived he diagnosed the problem and in a very friendly and professional manner discussed my various options to repair the door with no pressure and given my opener was nineteen years old I decided to replace the entire unit Jules went right to work and completed the job and described all the functions and paired both my cars to insure everything worked properly I was very impressed with his professionalism I would recommend Precision Door Services

With our garage door operating erratically the last few days I looked and saw teeth missing from the drive belt. Researching online I found your website and with positive reviews. I called and received very professional treatment. A service call was set up for later the same day. To my surprise Rob S texted and could get to our location earlier than expected.
