Jason the technician who came was very courteous. When I told him what the problem was and attempted to showed him the problem didn't occur. He laughed and said of course it's working fine now. He then proceeded to check everything out and before I new it, everything was working fine. Thank You Jason!!

I needed a repair on my 9x7 metal garage door. I phoned Precision in the morning and their technician Anthony was here at 3 o’clock the same day . He took a look at the problem and resolved it in about 15 minutes. After the repair was completed I asked for information on a new garage door. Anthony provided me with a catalog and pricing. My wife and I decided to order a new door and we placed the order with Anthony. So far I was very pleased with their customer service and prompt attention to the problem I had. Prompt and Excellent Service. My 20yr+ garage door, at times, wouldn’t close completely unless I pressed and held the wall switch. Rob was very pleasant and courteous in explaining to me what needed to be done. He replaced my wall switch and performed a general maintenance service on my door. He also left me an estimate of what it would cost if the motor failed and needed to be replaced in the future. Overall, I am satisfied with the service performed.
