Amazing service! Called Precision about 4PM requesting help with a malfunctioning garage door opener. Was told a technician would visit my home between 4 and 6 PM. Technician Jules Roldan arrived before 6pm, conducted an inspection and diagnosed the problem as being in the opener motor. He removed the circuit board, showed me evidence of sparking and recommended a new motor. Old unit was 11 years old. He worked up an estimate which included all accessories and explained exactly what was to be done. I accepted the estimate and within 45 minutes he had installed a more powerful motor, new controls and new control elements (I call them clickers). Walked my wife and I through the new system. Courteous and very competent young man. You folks replaced my door springs a while back. You use the best products and professional installers. I highly recommend Precision!

Your employee who repaired our 2 doors with new springs, cables and pulleys was courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained all the nuances of the job and did an excellent and proficient job. Our doors now work perfectly. Although a little pricey, we’re glad we used Precision Overhead.

We’ll have not yet but it sure looks like we will. We did have another company come out to give quote So from start to finish. Precisions phone experience wonderful and professional. The other company not so much. Next precision tech very professional and did measurements on spot and gave us quotes immediately. No so with other company. Lastly precision overall look from dress to vehicle well kept. Only thing was charge for initial quote but that’s ok as U am business owner too. Will definitely be giving the job to precision. Ty

Amazing service !!! I called at 3 o’clock pm and John showed up in less than 2 hours ! He solved my problem in minutes and neatened up some wiring at no extra cost! When I read their ad on Google … that they are available 24/7 … I figured there must be a catch ! … nope ! …no catch! … they are “as advertised” … amazing !
