Anthony called me to tell me he was on the way. Arrived exactly on time. Quickly determined course of action - my Genie needed to be replaced. We discussed 2 options. I chose one and he had it installed in about 1 and a half hours. Showed me how to use it and I programmed my remote. Delighted with my new Genie. This company is the best. I had them replace several part on a garage door that needed some overhaul which they need in January in 2024. Just recently it needed a part that was under warranty, I called in at 9AM and by 10:30AM their service tech Anthony was out and fixed the issue right away.They are very responsive and customer service and the tech's are top notch.
