The technician, Rob Singletary, kept in touch with me before arriving at my house early for my appointment. He listened to my problem, asked a few questions and told me what he would do to fix and the cost. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the repairs and made recommendations for the future of my garage door openers. Great repair serviceman, I am very pleased with his professional service.

Excellent customer service and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Technician (Anthony) gave me options from least expensive to full replacement on garage opener. He did not try to sell me the most expensive way to correct my problems however I did go with the full replacement opener (my decision). Repair was relatively quick for a new replacement. Prices were good. Technician also pin pointed another potential problem and corrected for me, Very polite and cleaned up and a neat worker.

Anthony Godleski was so professional competent he expeditiously installed a new genie garage door opener. Anthony took the time lubricate the door hinges and spring. Then programmed both my car remote as well as the house pad remote. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing work done right the first time. Brandon presented us with several options to address our current garage door opener issues. We selected one whereby the rollers would be replaced and due to the current age of our garage door opener we decided to replace it. He worked diligently (on a very hot & humid afternoon) and made sure everything was working perfectly. We now can open and close our garage door with ease.
