We had a new garage door opener installed in the summer of 2024. The Precision Door team did a superb job of installing the opener and attended to every aspect of the installation. Friends of ours recommended Precision to us because they were so pleased with the work they did for them. I am so glad I followed their advice. Their representative, Anthony, was so courteous and knowledgeable about any questions I had about getting our older garage doors running better and installing a keypad lock . He did a great job - clean up was so good our garage is cleaner than when he arrived. Doors running smoother and quieter and lock working perfectly. Anthony Cellucci called ahead to confirm his arrival time, and arrived on time. He thoroughly examined the entire garage door and pulley system, and offered several options based on his observations and experience. He completed the repairs within the time he estimated, and made sure to show me all the repairs. He also explained how to lubricate the moving parts and a portion of the rails, and recommended a lubricant. Throughout all his work, he was very personable.

Anthony was very professional. 15 min before the scheduled time, he informed he was on his way. When he arrived, he gave me options to look at - repairing what is needed or other options that I could add. He gave me a clear estimate and then proceeded to do the work thoroughly.
