Precision Garage Door of SJ provides excellent service for any and all garage door needs you may have. My 20+ yr old metal door required new rollers, new springs and mechanical lifting assemblies. John arrived on time (as well providing me with advance notice of arrival), carefully assessed the work and presented me with all options, and was extremely friendly and informative during this process. Once I decided, the work was executed efficiently and flawlessly in under 2 hours. Quality is outstanding and exceeded my expectations!! My garage door now operates smoothly and as if it were new - an incredible experience beginning to end! Finding their website was my 1st and last stop in sourcing the repairs to my garage door. Thank you again - money well spent!!

I was very pleased with the garage door that had been installed by Precision, so when a problem arose, I did not hesitate to call them for service. I was able to get an appointment on the day that I called. John arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He didn’t even mind that I watched him as he worked. After he had fixed the problem with my main garage door, he also made adjustments to my detached garage door which was not opening smoothly. Within 30 minutes, he had repaired both doors, and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend John at Precision Garage Door.

Very professional, prompt and all in between. Was a pleasure to deal with precision doors and my tech. Did most of install myself and ran into a problem with the torsion bar not functioning. Had to install new torsion system because my Wayne dalton bar was not a serviceable unit. The tech was finished in 2hrs with him making adjustments as needed to my install. He made sure everything was within specifications. Extremely pleased with precision doors. Highly recommended.
