They diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to take care the problem within 15 minutes. They did the job quickly, efficiently and clealnly. Recommend and I would call them again if needed.

Called at 7:30 in the morning and our garage door was fixed by 2:30 that afternoon. What more could we ask for! Aaron the service tech was excellent. He was on time , calling about 30 minutes out with an ETA, taking a look and providing 3 levels of repair estimates we could choose and completed the work thouroughly,, professionally and he was so easy to talk to and work with. I would recommend Precision to anyone without hesitation!

Great experience all around. Service person, Joshua Classen, was right on time. Very well mannered and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and had very good work ethics. My doors are over 30 years old. Brian came out same day that I called with a broken door spring and repaired it quickly. He recommends new sealed bearings on door rollers and made the door run much smoother. It was my first time calling and I will definitely use Percision Door Repair again.

Gargage door technician was very professional showing up promptly on time. My older door had some issues besides the broken cables and old coil springs. The tech replaced with new torsion springs , cables and new hardware. Then proceeded to fine tune all final adjustments explaining everything he was doing along the way of which I greatly appreciated. Thanks for everything
