We could not have been more pleased with the service from Precision Garage Door. Our problem was fixed within 2 days of our late afternoon phone call for help. Rob was to our house the next day to determine the best way to fix the door. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely precise about doing and explaining the repair. Jules was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about our garage door. He took time to explain what he was gonna do or what we could wait to do if we chose. My husband sat in the garage, watching him work and he explained everything he was doing to him. Jules was very patient when answering my husband’s questions. Having used Precision before, I had no hesitation calling again. The technician was friendly, meticulous, and went beyond my expectations in the fact that he even blew the leaves out of my garage after he was finished with the repairs (what an unexpected surprise!). Mr. Castiglione went to extremes to see that I was satisfied with the service. Mr. Conover was very professional and quickly identified and made necessary repairs. I found precision doors on line. So I called and made a appointment. Their service man was on time this morning. My door was stuck closed, so he got it open and after inspection he replaced many old track wheels and 2 bad pulleys I had to repair this old door right now and will invest in a new door this coming spring.your service man was very noticeable and performed his job very well, my door works just as good and even better then befor thank you very much,I will make sure all my friends with garage doors no who to call if they have any problems.

Service call today was exceptional. Rob Singletary and Mike M. came to my home within 2 hours of making the call and they kept me informed on their arrival time. They assessed the problem and were able to fix the door in a short period of time. I appreciated the replacement of the rollers to a larger size to add additional safety to the operation of the door. They performed an overall annual inspection of the door to ensure that it was operating correctly. As a new customer, I was impressed with Precision helping me with this emergency situation.
