The 5 star rating. I would give it a high rating if I could. The young man was there at the beginning of the time frame given. He was very courteous and explained my options. He was neat and left everything perfect. Very happy with your service. I told him I loved the website and showing the staff a d how much training they do before they are in their own.

Anthony Cellucci & Jake Werner were very professional & knowledgable in what needed to be done. There was no pressure to accept one estimate over the other nor to even have them do the work. They cleaned up after the job was complete. I am very satisfied & highly recommend precision doors.

First let me tell you I called Friday and they already said they could come out Monday and how wonderful was that and then Josh the guy who came from precision was professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and just wonderful to work with what a great experience don’t know where else but Precision!

One word could only describe Precision Door Service.... FABULOUS! I called late in the afternoon and spoke to a live representative in the office and she was very nice and professional (unfortunately I do not remember her name, sorry). She was able to provide me with an appointment the very next morning, which I was not expecting. I later received a text message reminder of my scheduled appointment. I received a phone call the morning of my scheduled appointment at 8:01 from Josh, my repair man, stating that he would be there within five minutes. Josh was very thorough and explained everything in detail, so there were no surprises. Once I authorized the repairs to be performed, he completed the job in less than one hour. I couldn't be more satisfied with their prompt service and professionalism. I'll definitely be using them for any future issues and will refer them to friends and family. Thank you!

Anthony Castiglione was the gentleman who repaired our garage door. He was on time, looked over the door for its age, wear & tear.
