Great service! Josh came out the next morning. Josh was great to work with and gave us some options if we decide to do more work. I would ask for Josh next time I need the garage fixed.

The 5 star rating. I would give it a high rating if I could. The young man was there at the beginning of the time frame given. He was very courteous and explained my options. He was neat and left everything perfect. Very happy with your service. I told him I loved the website and showing the staff a d how much training they do before they are in their own.

First let me tell you I called Friday and they already said they could come out Monday and how wonderful was that and then Josh the guy who came from precision was professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and just wonderful to work with what a great experience don’t know where else but Precision!

One word could only describe Precision Door Service.... FABULOUS! I called late in the afternoon and spoke to a live representative in the office and she was very nice and professional (unfortunately I do not remember her name, sorry). She was able to provide me with an appointment the very next morning, which I was not expecting. I later received a text message reminder of my scheduled appointment. I received a phone call the morning of my scheduled appointment at 8:01 from Josh, my repair man, stating that he would be there within five minutes. Josh was very thorough and explained everything in detail, so there were no surprises. Once I authorized the repairs to be performed, he completed the job in less than one hour. I couldn't be more satisfied with their prompt service and professionalism. I'll definitely be using them for any future issues and will refer them to friends and family. Thank you!

I had a bad spring that was causing issues with my door. Phil Ruby was the tech that performed the repair. He informed me that my springs needed replacement as well as the cables, and a brace on the door that was pulled out of the door. Phil is a great technician who provided informative and excellent service. He answered all my questions, and has a friendly personality. Would use Phil and Precision for any future repairs.
