My garage door's cables snapped making the door inoperable. In less than one day after contacting Precision they had my door totally rebuilt better than expected. The Precision Serviceman was Anthony Cellucci who was very professional and had all the materials in his truck to fix the door. Mr Cellucci was on time, courteous, kept a clean work area and had the expertise to fix the door quickly and correctly.

Anthony came out as the representative and service person. He was a pleasant person to talk with and easy to understand his explanation of the repairs needed for our garage. He was also HONEST. He did not try to charge me for something he did not do and did not try to a job that would be unsafe in the future! We will definitely call again if needed in the future. Thank you Precision Door.

The springs on both of our 15 year-old garage doors were broken and the rollers’ bearings were screeching. I can’t say enough good things about Anthony, who is the ultimate professional, expertly restored our doors. He gave me 3 options with different prices, so that I could decide what best fit my budget. This showed me that he had MY best interest in mind. I really appreciated that. I’m sure Anthony is a very important part of the company and should be rewarded accordingly. If I was head of Precision Doors, I’d be so proud that Anthony is on my team.
