I would like to give a review on Josh Danser. I do not do Google Reviews, so I am writing an email. Josh serviced our garage door on April 9, 2025. He contacted us to let us know that he would be arriving in twenty minutes. This was the first time we used Precision, however, when Josh arrived, he put us at ease. He was very knowledgeable and professional, yet had a very easy-going personality which made us very comfortable with him. He replaced the springs and gables to our garage door. I called for service as my last company proved to me they could install a door but failed horribly installing the opener. Luckily Rob from Precision figured out where the other company cut a corner as to hit and run. Rob installed sensors that matched the opener as they are not all the same. Communication before arrival was great. Dont want to put prices but im really happy with Precision. They are Great. Highly recommend!

My chat was instant. I recorded the problem. A technician was dispatched by 2pm and not only fixed the issue, "tuned up the door" but also was able to install a key pad on a different door. All this was done with courtesy and efficiency. Aaron Bean was a delightful young man. Keep hiring such well trained individuals.

My niece referred and I am so happy she did. I wasn't expecting to be able to get a next day appointment which was a bonus for me. Jules, my technician, called to let me know that the job before me was running a little longer and anticipated and he would contact me when he was headed my way as soon as he was done. Josh explained all the options very carefully. He confirmed what I had been thinking for a while. Our 24-year-old opener had given all it was going to give. He worked quickly and efficiently to install the replacement. He also changed the rollers, so the door is now very quiet. That's a plus we did not expect. After the work was complete, he explained everything very clearly. We were even more pleased that you were able to respond and fix the problem the day after we called.

Everything was first class from the initial call setting up the appointment through the follow up and status notifications. Josh was a very skilled and knowledgeable technician who provided advice through the repair process and did not try to up sell me on products I didn’t need. He completed the installation of the new unit and outside keyless entry pad quickly. He cleaned up the work area and left with all the trash so I didn’t have anything more to do.
