Aaron was very professional and came across very honest and helpful. He successfully replaced both springs and rollers and got me up and running quickly. I was also able to bounce off many questions to help make future decisions regarding my door replacement. He kindly answered everything and helped steer me in the right direction. I called to set up an appointment for a garage door opener and was thrilled that Anthony and Joe arrived the next day. They evaluated my situation and installed a wonderful Genie garage door opener the same day! Anthony and Joe were personable, honest, and very efficient. Josh explained all the options very carefully. He confirmed what I had been thinking for a while. Our 24-year-old opener had given all it was going to give. He worked quickly and efficiently to install the replacement. He also changed the rollers, so the door is now very quiet. That's a plus we did not expect. After the work was complete, he explained everything very clearly. We were even more pleased that you were able to respond and fix the problem the day after we called.

Everything was first class from the initial call setting up the appointment through the follow up and status notifications. Josh was a very skilled and knowledgeable technician who provided advice through the repair process and did not try to up sell me on products I didn’t need. He completed the installation of the new unit and outside keyless entry pad quickly. He cleaned up the work area and left with all the trash so I didn’t have anything more to do. He was also very patient showing me how to operate the lift and all the other features of the accessories. I would highly recommend your services to my friends and neighbors.

One of the glass window panes had a crack in it upon installation of my overhead door. I called to ask that it be replaced and within a few days it was taken care of with no cost to me and the same professional, courteous and friendly treatment I received with the initial installation.

This is the second time Precision has been out to our home. The first was to make minor adjustments and this time to rebuild the garage door opener. I called late in the afternoon and they responded that day. Aaron was very courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He presented me with a number of options. Upon deciding to rebuild the opener completely, he went quickly to work. We now have an extremely quiet garage door, like never before, complete with safety features like never before, and the convenience of an outside key pad. All equipment is covered by a lifetime warranty. Thank you Precision!

After not hearing back from other companies I contacted I made a call to Precious door service. Not only did they call right back they were here the next day…and on time.my older garage door opener was not working, really inconvenient. My niece referred and I am so happy she did. I wasn't expecting to be able to get a next day appointment which was a bonus for me. Jules, my technician, called to let me know that the job before me was running a little longer and anticipated and he would contact me when he was headed my way as soon as he was done. Jules throughly went over all of the issues my garage door was presenting. He came up with three options and we choose what worked best for me. Jules is very knowledgeable, professional courteous and friendly.
