They answered the phone with a human. The girl who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful. They have Saturday hours for working people. They came out the same day and the technician was amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely nice person. The technician was Josh and he was just a pleasure to work with. He took his time and explained everything. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door and Josh.

Precision Garage Doors did a great job helping us select a new garage door. We looked at other high end doors w/ in insulation. Precision Garage Doors offered a reasonably priced product w/ good insulation and quality finish.They kept us informed monthly on the shipment delays due to COVID. The technicians who installed the door were excellent. They were timely and efficient.

Excellent reputation and referral from our main contractor. Ryan did a great job providing our estimate for a new garage door and electric opener. He then did an equally great installation. Ryan was prompt, courteous and left the work area neat and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

I was quoted a price of $250 over the phone. When the technician arrived he said in would be $775 . I felt I needed to get another estimate. I was told there was a $49 service call fee which ended up being $56.76. I was charged a gasoline fee.. part of doing business. I would never recommend your company
