His name is Joe, he was beyond courteous and kind, he knew his job ,any questions we asked, he answered. there was a small problem and he followed up on it immediately. Our 25 year old automatic garage doors at the Jersey Shore met with disaster when there was a power surge. Aaron Bean was the technician for this job. He arrived on time was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He diagnosed the problems and presented a solution and quote; pretty much a total rebuild. Aaron completed the work that day and the doors work perfectly! We were thrilled!!!…Oh, and yes we now have power surge protectors!!!!

We had a great experience purchasing our replacement garage door and door opener. Our service person, Dave, arrived on time and worked continuously until the job was done to perfection! He attended to every little detail until, not only were we satisfied, but he was satisfied that it was done as the best job possible under his high standards! John and Anthony were timely and polite. They reviewed my problem and proceeded to fix it. They also gave me quotes on other things needed. I had a lot of rusty parts. I agreed to have them replace brackets and rollers. Done very quickly and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend Precision and definitely John and Anthony.
