Able to get an appointment right away to address my garage door opener problem.. ultimately needed to be replaced. The cost was definitely more than I had anticipated, but work needed to be completed and I had the job done. Technician Rob called and showed up before my appointment window opened, which was appreciated by me, and completed the job relatively quickly. Everything was explained to me fully and Rob was on his way. Only recommendations would be a smaller appointment window than four hours and maybe a lower cost but good quality alternative to the equipment available on the truck.

Anthony called to tell me what time he would be there. Right on time. Hated to have to pay so much but my wooden garage door need help. Anthony was very friendly and informative. Showed me everything he did. Was definitely impressed. Would recommend Precision postively!!!.

Called at 9:30am, Tech arrived at noon and repair was completed by 1:00pm. Explained what had to be done before doing the job and let us know what should be done in the future to prevent future repairs. Did not pressure us in any way. Very pleasant and professional.
