The absolutely best service I personally ever experienced. The request call @ 3:20 was handled with a service window from 4:00-6:00 pm. The service rep. Josh, was at my house @ 4:00. After reviewing the problem a new unit was installed and complete service work was performed and COMPLETED by 5:00. Josh is knowledgeable and professional and just a great guy. Without question highly recommend him and Precision…thank you!

We were having problems with our garage door opener. Josh came out and quickly took care of the problem. He said our opener was still in good condition and saw no other problem. He also fid not charge us a service fee since we had work just last year on.our garage door.That I thought was extremely nice and very professional. Would definitely use them again and recommend.
