I contacted Precision after being stood up by another garage door repair service. Imagine my surprise to learn that not only would I receive same day service, but I received service within an hour and a half! The technician, Anthony Cellucci, was awesome. He is personable, knowledgeable, and did an efficient job. He gave me various options to choose from regarding my repair, without coercion, which I appreciated. I will definitely use Precision again, if needed, and I highly recommend this company to others who want fast and efficient garage door repair service.

Josh is friendly outgoing and knowledgeable He was able to come earlier than I expected and replaced the motor springs and wheels and belt n a very reasonable amount of time It is so much quieter It is like a new door I would recommend Josh and precision to anyone who needs help with their garage door Katherine
