I contacted Precision as I had used them in the past to replace my garage door sensors. Today, my garage door wouldn’t open and my car was inside the garage. I reached out via the chat option and they sent someone within 2 hours. Rob S. was courteous, upfront, informative, and very professional. He showed me what was wrong, made suggestions, and gave me an honest quote. He completed the job in no time and my garage door is now quieter than it was before. It opens and closes easily and I was able to get my car out in time to pick up my child from pre-school. I hope to never need them again, but will definitely use Precision and recommend them to others.

Your Tech Anthony Godleski, contacted me and let me know when he would arrive and arrived promptly. He explained the motor we Marantec was probable not serviceable and explained our options. One of the torsion springs on our double garage door decided to give up the ghost on Thanksgiving night. I called Friday morning and was given a window of 12-4pm same day. We already had plans for the day, but made sure that somebody would be there. I received a call from Brandon, who said he would actually be able to arrive earlier than expected. After he arrived, he called to ask permission to move my motorcycle out of the garage so he had room to perform the repair. Once done, he put it back where it was and took care not to damage it, or either of the vehicles in the garage. Brandon’s courtesy and professionalism throughout our interaction showed through. Kudos to him, and color this customer 100% satisfied!

Anthony looked at the broken cotter pin on the cable and text laced it temporarily. He is working on replacing the pins and brackets on both sides and will give me an estimate. Also will quote a new lightweight door. He was cordial and helpful in a difficult situation.

I am just glad I went to this company to service and repair our garage door. Aaron came prepared and conducted himself professionally at all times. He’s very knowledgeable about his craft, detailed and precise with his work from start to finish. He provided several options on how to proceed solving the issue and he gave his unbiased, expert opinion regarding the matter. And it’s reasonably priced too! I hope I won’t be needing their help anytime soon, but if it does, their number are on my speed dial. They went over and beyond my expectation making me a happy and satisfied customer.

Josh was at the house within 40 minutes if my initial call. He inspected door and had 3 solutions available to choose from. All work was done in under an hour and door looks and sounds great. Very pleased.

Josh was a real pleasure to work with. Did a great job on the installation of the door opener. He was just a little vague on the finer points of the pad and the camera. Fortunately the MyQ app was very easy to follow. One thing I’m still not sure of is the strength of the back up battery. There’s know question that I will always use Precision Door for all my garage door needs.

Rob S. and Mike were on time and did an excellent job with replacing (2) thirty five year old chain drive garage door openers with (2) brand new Liftmaster belt drive garage door openers. Both men work very efficient and take pride in their quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Precision Door based on my personal experience with them. They are a "legitimate" garage door installation company and not one of the many fake companies with fake websites which send unknown men to your house with absolutely no experience. My 4 star review is based on their somewhat inflated pricing.
