I contacted Precision after being stood up by another garage door repair service. Imagine my surprise to learn that not only would I receive same day service, but I received service within an hour and a half! The technician, Anthony Cellucci, was awesome. He is personable, knowledgeable, and did an efficient job. He gave me various options to choose from regarding my repair, without coercion, which I appreciated. I will definitely use Precision again, if needed, and I highly recommend this company to others who want fast and efficient garage door repair service.

Your price quoted is 500%more than the other two estimates for the same work! I have one estimate for a complete door replacement including new tracks, springs,rollers, and 1/2HP belt driver opener,with 2remote,key pad,etc,etc……. For a price of $1000 tax included!!! And a 5 year warranty! Also a local company!!

Our door wouldn’t work, it was after 5. We were so frustrated. Looked online and found this company was open until 8 and we called, spoke to the nicest person who was able to send someone next day! All our frustrations were gone. Then the technician was able to come an hour earlier, but called first to see if it was OK. He was great, an extension of the already excellent service! I highly recommend this company!
