They did such an amazing job installing my new garage door a few years ago that I thought of them them when my remotes were suddenly not working well. I got an appointment using their website the very same day! Anthony diagnosed the problem immediately - old LED bulbs were causing signal interference. He removed them and the problem stopped! We take care of our 86 year old Mom and she uses a walker. We enter and exit our home through the garage to avoid the stairs. One morning I heard a pop. Upon investigation our garage door broke and was inoperable. I called precision and they came out the same day. Anthony our tech identified the issue, it was a broken spring and cable. I called Precision for the first time because my garage door would not open. I searched the Internet and found Precision.I called for an appointment and received an appointment for the very next day. The Tec, Anthony Celluccii , was on time and went to work. The system was old but it still worked . I asked Anthony to explain how long the existing system would keep working and he explained every detail of the system and what areas could be viewed as potential areas of concern.I was so impressed with his knowledge , I asked him what a new system would cost.
