Anthony Cellucci called ahead to confirm his arrival time, and arrived on time. He thoroughly examined the entire garage door and pulley system, and offered several options based on his observations and experience. He completed the repairs within the time he estimated, and made sure to show me all the repairs. He also explained how to lubricate the moving parts and a portion of the rails, and recommended a lubricant. Throughout all his work, he was very personable.

I have one estimate for a complete door replacement including new tracks, springs,rollers, and 1/2HP belt driver opener,with 2remote,key pad,etc,etc……. For a price of $1000 tax included!!! And a 5 year warranty! Also a local company!!

Precision is always quick to respond and has the most knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Today Anthony visited to fix damage to the sensor in my garage door. He kept in constant communication about his arrival, assessed the problem quickly and easily made the repair. Cost was minimal and work as always was top rate. I contacted Precision after being stood up by another garage door repair service. Imagine my surprise to learn that not only would I receive same day service, but I received service within an hour and a half! The technician, Anthony Cellucci, was awesome. He is personable, knowledgeable, and did an efficient job. He gave me various options to choose from regarding my repair, without coercion, which I appreciated. I will definitely use Precision again, if needed, and I highly recommend this company to others who want fast and efficient garage door repair service.
