This was my first time using Precision Door Service. I tried two other businesses but they did not have same day service. I called because I had a broken spring and could not open my garage door and could not get my car out and needed the door fixed right away. Precision came with in 90 min of my call. Anthony, the repair man. was polite knowledgeable and patient with me. He provided choices with pricing for each option for repair and without pressuring me he explained the pluses and minuses for each. Anthony had my door fixed in a bit more than an hour. He is excellent and from now on Prevision will be my first call.

Mr. Anthony Cellucci provided on-time service and was very professional, explaining everything thoroughly and offering different options to fix my issue. He was extremely knowledgeable. Although I was initially quoted a higher price, when he realized he couldn't perform the promised service due to my older system, he adjusted the final payment without question or hesitation—no gimmicks or pressure. Was having a problem with my garage doors opening on their own. I called this morning and Anthony Cellucci came this afternoon and tried to recreate the problem, but could not. After his careful discussion of “what ifs” I elected to have the maintenance performed to see if that would help. He carefully serviced both openers and they are working much smoother now. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to call Precision again when I have future issues.

On Thursday night we found the torsion spring on our garage door had broken. I called Precision garage door service and they said, they will send a service technician out on the very next day. Anthony Castiglione was our service technician and he inspected the garage door cables, end bearings and the torsion cables. He when over what replacement parts were needed. Anthony did a great job. My technician Anthony Cellucci was punctual and polite. He observed the problem very quickly after a few tests. A new keypad was needed to resolve my problem. He installed the keypad and tested the system to make sure everything was working properly. The service was great! I certainly would recommend the company.
