Rob S. and Mike were on time and did an excellent job with replacing (2) thirty five year old chain drive garage door openers with (2) brand new Liftmaster belt drive garage door openers. Both men work very efficient and take pride in their quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Precision Door based on my personal experience with them. They are a "legitimate" garage door installation company and not one of the many fake companies with fake websites which send unknown men to your house with absolutely no experience. My 4 star review is based on their somewhat inflated pricing.

He worked continuously until the job was complete without taking a break. After completion, he demonstrated the smooth operation of our door and took time to answer questions.

My experience with Dana was spectacular. Dana was very educational in informing me all that needed to be done to ensure that I had the best installation. With years of experience as a business owner, he explained to me the difference in value. skill and efficiency that I would get with Precision as opposed to other companies. Dana carefully explained to me the difference in 2 layer versus 3 layer doors and when I told him I research more on the internet, he took me to his mobile show room so that I could see the difference myself. He paid very great attention to detail without making me feel like I was being nickled and dimed. Essentially, after our 30 minute visit, I was ready to make my commitment simply based off of knowledge, professionalism and customer service.

Mr. Anthony Cellucci provided on-time service and was very professional, explaining everything thoroughly and offering different options to fix my issue. He was extremely knowledgeable. Although I was initially quoted a higher price, when he realized he couldn't perform the promised service due to my older system, he adjusted the final payment without question or hesitation—no gimmicks or pressure. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity. I would definitely do business with Precision Garage Doors again and would love to have Mr. Anthony as my technician in the future.

Service call today was exceptional. Rob Singletary and Mike M. came to my home within 2 hours of making the call and they kept me informed on their arrival time. They assessed the problem and were able to fix the door in a short period of time. I appreciated the replacement of the rollers to a larger size to add additional safety to the operation of the door. I requested an estimate for a garage door opener and received a prompt appointment. The door designer, Phil, was courteous, professional and helpful in general. He explained the equipment and materials needed to install an opener that will work best in my garage. He took extra time to answer all questions. I was pleased to get a detailed estimate of all parts and costs from Phil before he left. Based on my experience, I would recommend Precision.
