I had a wonderful experience with luciano. He came to repair my garage door and took his time to make sure everything was done right and that I was completely satisfied. After finishing the repair, He noticed a small gap at the bottom of the door and explained that is the old rubber seal. I asked if it could be fixed, he said yes and immediately came back to replace the bottom rubber with one new one. I'm very pleased with the repair and really appreciated. How clearly he explained everything he did. Excellent service and highly recommended.

This was a wonderful experience! My appointment was easily made with the name of the technician included in the confirmation. Luciano Grisolia called me to alert me that he would be 20 minutes later in arriving. He assessed the situation, checked the needed repairs, and calculated the costs before beginning - a very professional young man. Jasper explained everything to me about how he would fix the damage (that I had caused). He was very good about keeping in touch with me by phone and text when he was delayed by traffic. When he was finished (in only about 15 minutes) he said he had checked with the main office and I would not be charged. I'd give Jasper a 6 start rating if that was possible.

Fully recommend. Centralized customer service is on top of it and Anthony is a good guy who knows his stuff and does a solid all around job. Able to get an appointment right away to address my garage door opener problem.. ultimately needed to be replaced. The cost was definitely more than I had anticipated, but work needed to be completed and I had the job done. Technician Rob called and showed up before my appointment window opened, which was appreciated by me, and completed the job relatively quickly. Everything was explained to me fully and Rob was on his way. Only recommendations would be a smaller appointment window than four hours and maybe a lower cost but good quality alternative to the equipment available on the truck.
