Very happy with service call..from initial call to service from technician John, everything went as planned. Appointment window narrowed down day before and was contacted when John was on his way. Cost was a little more than expected, but needed the job to be done. Thanks for showing up and doing a good job!

Nice people. Be sure to view your invoice before it is posted on email. Charges there that were not relevant to me. It was adjusted and now I am happy. He also looked for issues that I declined as not relevant to my problem and they weren’t! Would call them again, but I would be cautious of the charges that came out of nowhere….

Precision Garage Doors did a great job helping us select a new garage door. We looked at other high end doors w/ in insulation. Precision Garage Doors offered a reasonably priced product w/ good insulation and quality finish.They kept us informed monthly on the shipment delays due to COVID. The technicians who installed the door were excellent. They were timely and efficient.

There is no doubt that this company is professional. John is a nice guy. He does neat work. He even helped me take my trash to the curb. Just be prepared to pay. They are VERY expensive.

My Insulated double garage door was installed yesterday - about a week ahead of time! The installers arrived when they said they would - the door is high quality; was professionally installed, and looks great! Only issue is the glass window inserts were left at the shop. The installers said they would return today to install them - but so far its been a no-show. I will let you know my final assessment when the job is complete.

The technician sent to replace my broken spring, Brian, did an excellent job. Being curious, I asked a number of questions as I watched him work. Brian answered all my questions and did not seem to mind me watching him and inquiring about what he was doing. My only negative comment was that the overall cost seemed a little high. But, I did not shop around, so I do not really know if the Precision price was competitive or not. What I do know, one day after the work, was that Brian did the job professionally and the work appears to be first rate.
