I contacted Precision on Friday, 1/16/2026 and technician Luciano came to my house on the same day. Initially he explained my options and the respective price of each. Upon selecting the option of choice he proceeded to do the job on that same day. It was completed in under 2 hours to my specifications. I am very satisfied with the efficiency and expertise of Luciano and highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

A friendly technician arrived around two hours after I called to make an appointment. He was prompt. The tech evaluated the garage door and explained what was causing my issue (Springs and rollers). Fully recommend. Centralized customer service is on top of it and Anthony is a good guy who knows his stuff and does a solid all around job. I had purchased openers from Precision as part of a home rehab and one of the motors had failed during warranty and it was a completely stress-free experience to get replaced.

Able to get an appointment right away to address my garage door opener problem.. ultimately needed to be replaced. The cost was definitely more than I had anticipated, but work needed to be completed and I had the job done. Technician Rob called and showed up before my appointment window opened, which was appreciated by me, and completed the job relatively quickly. Everything was explained to me fully and Rob was on his way. Only recommendations would be a smaller appointment window than four hours and maybe a lower cost but good quality alternative to the equipment available on the truck.

They did such an amazing job installing my new garage door a few years ago that I thought of them them when my remotes were suddenly not working well. I got an appointment using their website the very same day! Anthony diagnosed the problem immediately - old LED bulbs were causing signal interference. He removed them and the problem stopped! He advised using bulbs made specifically for garage doors in the future. Awesome service - and no charge!

We take care of our 86 year old Mom and she uses a walker. We enter and exit our home through the garage to avoid the stairs. One morning I heard a pop. Upon investigation our garage door broke and was inoperable. I called precision and they came out the same day. Anthony our tech identified the issue, it was a broken spring and cable.
