Rob, the technician, called and arrived precisely 30 minutes after the call when he said he would be arriving. He was very thorough and explanatory to resolve our problem with our garage door opener. Excellent service! I called at 2pm and 'Mike' was in my driveway by 3pm and garage door was fixed by 4pm. I had to cancel two appointments since we couldn't get out of the garage and had no idea how we were going to get anywhere the next day. I would use them again and again and again. (Just make sure you book online since the phone numbers listed on the website for Cape May Co. and Atlantic Co. were inoperable. I was prompted twice to select 1 to speak to someone and then disconnected each time.)
