I called in the morning with a broken spring and they had someone at the house early afternoon. Anthony, the service tech, was amazing and in less than an hour he had all the parts replaced and the door working perfectly.

We just purchased our new home but had some issues with the garage opener wall switch. Apparently, the builder didn't properly install the safety sensors causing the switch to not function correctly. Using the chat feature on Precision’s website, I was able to get same day service! Rob S. stopped by and took care of us. He was very knowledgeable and quickly noticed that the builder's installation wasn't performed correctly. Rob made the necessary adjustments and recommended to update certain system components that were nearing the end of their use life. He also adjusted the garage door so it would close and seal properly. I really liked his philosophy of "…there aren’t problems, only solutions!" Thanks Rob and Precision for getting our garage door “Back On Track” !!

Having used Precision before, I had no hesitation calling again. The technician was friendly, meticulous, and went beyond my expectations in the fact that he even blew the leaves out of my garage after he was finished with the repairs (what an unexpected surprise!). That extra kindness was greatly appreciated. The door works perfectly and work was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Gargage door technician was very professional showing up promptly on time. My older door had some issues besides the broken cables and old coil springs. The tech replaced with new torsion springs , cables and new hardware. Then proceeded to fine tune all final adjustments explaining everything he was doing along the way of which I greatly appreciated. Thanks for everything

Jason the technician who came was very courteous. When I told him what the problem was and attempted to showed him the problem didn't occur. He laughed and said of course it's working fine now. He then proceeded to check everything out and before I new it, everything was working fine. Thank You Jason!!

This company is the best. I had them replace several part on a garage door that needed some overhaul which they need in January in 2024. Just recently it needed a part that was under warranty, I called in at 9AM and by 10:30AM their service tech Anthony was out and fixed the issue right away.They are very responsive and customer service and the tech's are top notch.

The guys showed up right on time. They looked the job over and gave me an itemized quote. No hard up-sell. They told me it would be an hour to repair and it was. And they swept the floor before they left. You can find cheaper companies, but they came over on short notice, when they said they would and got me going again. When the other door breaks, I'll call again

Opener stopped working 2 days before we were leaving for a trip. Friend of ours recommended Precision, called and they came the same afternoon. Tech was great, very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced opener and tuned up door operation within an hour. We left on trip as planned without having to worry about the door issue.
