We could not have been more pleased with the service from Precision Garage Door. Our problem was fixed within 2 days of our late afternoon phone call for help. Rob was to our house the next day to determine the best way to fix the door. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely precise about doing and explaining the repair. I called for service as my last company proved to me they could install a door but failed horribly installing the opener. Luckily Rob from Precision figured out where the other company cut a corner as to hit and run. Rob installed sensors that matched the opener as they are not all the same. Communication before arrival was great. Dont want to put prices but im really happy with Precision. They are Great. Highly recommend!

My chat was instant. I recorded the problem. A technician was dispatched by 2pm and not only fixed the issue, "tuned up the door" but also was able to install a key pad on a different door. All this was done with courtesy and efficiency. Aaron Bean was a delightful young man. Keep hiring such well trained individuals.

Prompt and Excellent Service. My 20yr+ garage door, at times, wouldn’t close completely unless I pressed and held the wall switch. Rob was very pleasant and courteous in explaining to me what needed to be done. He replaced my wall switch and performed a general maintenance service on my door. He also left me an estimate of what it would cost if the motor failed and needed to be replaced in the future. Overall, I am satisfied with the service performed.

My niece referred and I am so happy she did. I wasn't expecting to be able to get a next day appointment which was a bonus for me. Jules, my technician, called to let me know that the job before me was running a little longer and anticipated and he would contact me when he was headed my way as soon as he was done. Jules throughly went over all of the issues my garage door was presenting. He came up with three options and we choose what worked best for me. Jules is very knowledgeable, professional courteous and friendly.

I had a phenomenal experience two years ago having my new garage door system installed by Precision Garage Doors. I had a situation at the end of last week that I needed help with..called Precision and they were quick to put me on their calendar for Monday morning..and by 9:30 am my garage door problem was diagnosed, solved and working as good as new! After my problem was solved Josh, my technician, identified a structural problem with the door and explained how he could reinforce it..so a new steel plate was installed and our garage door system is working as good as new AND our garage door is stronger!!! What a positive experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Thanks Precision and Josh!!!

I was very please with the service provided by the technician, Rob Singletary, who arrived on time and was knowledgeable concerning the problem with my garage door opener. What we thought was a simple remote replacement became more complex actually needing a new motor. The technician explained everything every step of the way even trying to save money if possible. Late this morning my cable broke on my garage door. My car was in the garage and there was no way of moving it. I called Precision garage doors and they said they could have someone out the same day. Josh came out and let me know what the issue was and what needed to be done. He explained everything to me and gave me other options as well. He was very knowledgeable and so nice. Even the girl in the office was so thorough and professional. Josh fixed my garage door and I have to say that I am extremely happy with this company. The fact that they could come out on the same day was just awesome. I would highly recommend them!

We just purchased our new home but had some issues with the garage opener wall switch. Apparently, the builder didn't properly install the safety sensors causing the switch to not function correctly. Using the chat feature on Precision’s website, I was able to get same day service! Rob S. stopped by and took care of us. He was very knowledgeable and quickly noticed that the builder's installation wasn't performed correctly. Rob made the necessary adjustments and recommended to update certain system components that were nearing the end of their use life. He also adjusted the garage door so it would close and seal properly. I really liked his philosophy of "…there aren’t problems, only solutions!" Thanks Rob and Precision for getting our garage door “Back On Track” !!

Gargage door technician was very professional showing up promptly on time. My older door had some issues besides the broken cables and old coil springs. The tech replaced with new torsion springs , cables and new hardware.
