I received Precision's coupon in my mailer coupon envelope in mail and that is what prompted me to call your company for an estimate for a new garage door. Your garage door designer, Dana Clark came to my house yesterday to give me estimate on a new garage door. He was very helpful and courteous in helping me choose which garage door I wanted and explained how the installation process & time frame works. I was very pleased with Dana's expertise in helping me and I am looking forward to having my new garage door installed once it is made in approximately 4 weeks from now.

We were impressed with the service Precision provided. We just moved to this house that had a manually operated garage door opener. We were frustrated beyond words. We nonchalantly called Precision for a quote not knowing when this calamity would be over. Indeed, they came, and like a magic wand we blanked, and we were teleported into the 21st century. Bingo! the house is working for us and not the other way around. Thank you, Precision, for making a dream happens so fast. This is what we call "Stressless Service." My first time with Precision. I was having problems with a 14 yr old Liftmaster opener which I purchased through another company but I was unhappy with the service over the years. Phil came out to assess the situation and it was like a breath of fresh air. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very thorough. He did a multipoint inspection starting with the small items and working up to the opener itself, giving detailed explanations as how each item could be causing the problem and why, answering all of my questions with a great deal of patience and detail. I would highly recommend Phil and Precision to friends and family.

Your Tech Rob Singletary arrived right on time. He inspected the situation and pointed out several major problems. I told him that we had discussed replacing the door. In Fact a house close by had one that my wife really liked. I drove Rob there and he took photos of it. He then sent the photos to a sales person who provided the necessary info to create a contract for a new door. Rob went over every thing with me and I gave him a deposit for the job. Painless transaction. Rob went above and beyond for us. Thank you !!!

I would like to give a review on Josh Danser. I do not do Google Reviews, so I am writing an email. Josh serviced our garage door on April 9, 2025. He contacted us to let us know that he would be arriving in twenty minutes. This was the first time we used Precision, however, when Josh arrived, he put us at ease. He was very knowledgeable and professional, yet had a very easy-going personality which made us very comfortable with him. He replaced the springs and gables to our garage door. Service call today was exceptional. Rob Singletary and Mike M. came to my home within 2 hours of making the call and they kept me informed on their arrival time. They assessed the problem and were able to fix the door in a short period of time. I appreciated the replacement of the rollers to a larger size to add additional safety to the operation of the door. They performed an overall annual inspection of the door to ensure that it was operating correctly. As a new customer, I was impressed with Precision helping me with this emergency situation. I called for service as my last company proved to me they could install a door but failed horribly installing the opener. Luckily Rob from Precision figured out where the other company cut a corner as to hit and run. Rob installed sensors that matched the opener as they are not all the same. Communication before arrival was great. Dont want to put prices but im really happy with Precision. They are Great. Highly recommend!

My chat was instant. I recorded the problem. A technician was dispatched by 2pm and not only fixed the issue, "tuned up the door" but also was able to install a key pad on a different door. I chose Presicion because of their reputation. You replied quickly and set up the appointment quickly and arrived promptly. Rob Singletary arrived promptly, even before scheduled and was courteous and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and cleaned up completely. I will use Presicion anytime I need that type of work.
