I called Precision for the first time because my garage door would not open. I searched the Internet and found Precision.I called for an appointment and received an appointment for the very next day. The Tec, Anthony Celluccii , was on time and went to work. The system was old but it still worked . I asked Anthony to explain how long the existing system would keep working and he explained every detail of the system and what areas could be viewed as potential areas of concern.I was so impressed with his knowledge , I asked him what a new system would cost. Anthony researched based on my new needs and gave me a price and said it would take 2 hours to put the new system in.I bought a new system because of Anthony. Great guy, Great Company !!! The Garage Door System works Great !!! Thank You All !!!!

We had a wonderful experience with our complete overhaul of our 2 door garage including new openers, springs, pulleys, nylon rollers and more. My wife and I could t be more impressed with our technicians - Brian and Harry were so professional, patient, hard-working, and overall excellent. They took the time to answer every question we had and never showed any sign of frustration or judgement. We were on a tight budget and while the prices were not the lowest, Brian and Harry worked with us and showed the difference between quality parts and lesser parts. Over, I would recommend this company and especially our installers!

Elisa was *very* helpful in arranging the appointment. I particularly liked how clearly she spoke. (I'm in my 70s; I need all the help I can get.) Anthony, the tech who came out, carefully evaluated the problem and provided the solution. He was extremely courteous and well-spoken. I like to fix things myself. I researched everything that I could possibly need to fix this garage door. From just changing the rollers to a full installation of a brand-new door. I looked at 6 different types of doors/springs/garage door openers. I looked at Better Business ratings/technicians/location/prices. When Anthony walked in, I knew who he was/what he likes and what kind of job he would do. He gave me 3 options with 3 different prices. I chose the plan I wanted and let him do his thing. Really a nice guy with great work ethics and the job was done perfectly. So, to recap this review Excellent company/ great BBB rating and reviews/fast service/all parts on truck and ready to install/ tech did it all in 1 shot/same day! Let's not forget I knew what the cost of a good job was, and they exceeded it with excellent work and a fair price. If you have ever been ripped off/shoddy work/inflated prices and things you don't need, you will understand why a good company is the most important thing. This is a great company from head to toe!

I had a bad spring that was causing issues with my door. Phil Ruby was the tech that performed the repair. He informed me that my springs needed replacement as well as the cables, and a brace on the door that was pulled out of the door. Phil is a great technician who provided informative and excellent service. He answered all my questions, and has a friendly personality. Would use Phil and Precision for any future repairs.
