I was recommended to use Precision Garage Door Service because my former tenants (John and Aaron) both work for Precision and said that it was a very reputable company that used quality parts. The service technician, Anthony C. was courteous and professional and diagnosed the problem. Having a live person answer the phone and able to immediately schedule an appointment is a plus!

The springs on both of our 15 year-old garage doors were broken and the rollers’ bearings were screeching. I can’t say enough good things about Anthony, who is the ultimate professional, expertly restored our doors. He gave me 3 options with different prices, so that I could decide what best fit my budget. This showed me that he had MY best interest in mind. I really appreciated that. I’m sure Anthony is a very important part of the company and should be rewarded accordingly. If I was head of Precision Doors, I’d be so proud that Anthony is on my team.

Your employee who repaired our 2 doors with new springs, cables and pulleys was courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained all the nuances of the job and did an excellent and proficient job. Our doors now work perfectly. Although a little pricey, we’re glad we used Precision Overhead.

I choose your company because the man I had before retired and closed his business. my son-in-law referred your company to me. He made the call for the appointment. Your technician Joshua Danser was very, very courteous and professional. He was very helpful and explaining what was wrong and why the spring broke. All of a sudden our garage door would not open just humming sound. Called Precision which we never used before. Got an appointment and they were here on time. Anthony Cellucci was the tech and he was very thorough in checking everything. He went over our options and he installed the new garage door opener and other necessary parts that needed to be replaced. Anthony Cellucci was very professional and experienced with his tasks. Very happy I called Precision and would recommend this company.

My garage door's cables snapped making the door inoperable. In less than one day after contacting Precision they had my door totally rebuilt better than expected. The Precision Serviceman was Anthony Cellucci who was very professional and had all the materials in his truck to fix the door. Mr Cellucci was on time, courteous, kept a clean work area and had the expertise to fix the door quickly and correctly.

Old, wooden overhead door wouldn't open and was slowly deteriorating. Searched Google for local companies with quick response and couldn't be more pleased with yours. Decided it was time to replace instead of repair. Installer Jeremy DiPietro arrived on time and did an awesome job. Not only is he personable and friendly, but is knowledgeable, a hard worker, and left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. New door looks great and the entire experience, from first phone call through installation, exceeded my expectations - thanks to Lyndsay and Josh for all of your assistance, and thank you Jeremy for a wonderful job on the installation!

Anthony Cellucci called ahead to confirm his arrival time, and arrived on time. He thoroughly examined the entire garage door and pulley system, and offered several options based on his observations and experience. He completed the repairs within the time he estimated, and made sure to show me all the repairs. He also explained how to lubricate the moving parts and a portion of the rails, and recommended a lubricant. Throughout all his work, he was very personable.
