The service was great. My only issue was that on the phone I was told the 50 dollar service fee would be waved if I get work done. We replaced the keypad for a 140 dollars but would not get rid of the service fee. It’s unfortunate because the service was great and quick.unfortunately Not sure if I would use precision again

Service was courteous, professional, and fast. In a time where many companies make excuses for not being able to help, Precision did the opposite. I called on Thursday morning for assistance in repairing my garage door and the technician (Mike M) was there the next day. He even called me to advise me of his location and approximate arrival time. He was friendly, honest, explained everything clearly, and finished the job in 20 mins. I was very satisfied with the price. If I hear any of my friends or family have garage door issues, I will definitely mention my positive experience and recommend Precision.

He surveyed my existing doors, explained the functionality and pointed out weakness that caused the issue with my garage door. I reviewed three options and selected best one for me today.
