My husband and I had seen Precision's advertisement on television. Friday I wanted to get information regarding service on my garage door. It was very early the day after Thanksgiving, never thinking I could have someone come that day. The Precision technician, Phil arrived at my home as scheduled. He gave me several options and explained clearly what the problem was with the garage door. There was no hesitation on my part as to the best course of action.
