Everyone at Precision Garage Door Service involved with the repair process was helpful starting with the representative that answered the phone call for repair service. They were flexible with making an appointment that fit my schedule. It was great to have a 2 hour window of arrival instead of 4 hours which seams to be the industry standard. I was informed via text, email and phone call when the service person was going to arrive. Josh D. was the employee who did the work on our garage door. He arrived with the 2 hour window and was professional and courteous. He presented us with all of the available options to restore functionality. We also updated the cables, bearing and rollers since we use our garage a the main entry point into our home. Work was completed in about an hour . I will be using Precision Garage Door Service for my future garage door repair needs.

I can’t thank you enough for the expedient response in handling my garage door malfunction today. Unexpectedly, my garage door spring mechanism snapped. It was 1:45pm and I immediately went online to look up a service provider in my area and your company was the first one that popped up. I called to schedule an appointment and was informed that a 2-6pm appt was available. What a relief! But better still, the technician, Aaron Bean, arrived in less than 20 mins! While he worked I went online again and saw his reviews. He met all the expectations from all those reviews and he did a wonderful job! Such a pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable young man. He explained every step of the repair process, the costs and my options clearly and professionally. He stated 2 hours later, that my job was one of the hardest he had worked on. John Patton did a great job servicing our three garage doors. He was able to service our doors the same day as we called. He inspected the doors thoroughly and gave us several paths forward - things that needed to be addressed immediately; things that would be good to do for the intermediate term; and things that would take care of issues for the next several years.
