Initially bought a new garage door, 2 openers and matching hardware for our current garage door (2 car garage with double doors, one that needed to be replaced). Salesman was professional and did an excellent job, priced it out and told us it would be about a month. Precision set up an appointment for our doors to be installed and gave us a window of 8-10AM for our technician to arrive. The day before this window was changed to 8-12, which was not a major issue and I planned my day accordingly. Did not hear from technician until after 1pm, he arrived around 2:30PM and the job took until around 9PM at night. Technician explained he received another job morning of which pushed him back, but Precision never reached out to me. One of our panels on the new garage door was damaged, and the rollers on the existing garage door were not replaced. Technician told me they would order a new panel and replace it once it came in. Now 3 months from initial order still waiting on the replacement panel. Precision has told me panel should be in soon, but feeling frustrated we were not made a priority on the day of our installation, and that as they have received our payment we are not a priority for the replacement panel.

The technician was very friendly and professional. The estimate was much more than we expected. $1000.00 We also were surprised at the $50.00 service fee charged for an estimate.

The service was great. My only issue was that on the phone I was told the 50 dollar service fee would be waved if I get work done. We replaced the keypad for a 140 dollars but would not get rid of the service fee. It’s unfortunate because the service was great and quick.unfortunately Not sure if I would use precision again

Unfortunately the information I received yesterday wasn't what I expected. With that being said, I was l informed your service would only include the removal and installation of the garage door's, not the electrical work for the automatic door opener... I would have to find my own Electrican. Suggestion: With your being in the business that you're in, It would be easier for your potential customers, clients, consumers, if you would provide them with a "Electrical Contractor" you recommend. You may also consider the possibility networking or partnering with a electrical contractor... Having to search for an Electrican and explain to them what you need, only makes it more difficult than what it should be to get the job done. Why advertise the "Automatic Door Openers" if it's contingent on another contractor to complete the job:) Respectfully submitted, Happy Holidays

Your repair person was exceptionally kind, well mannered and helpful, but unfortunately was not able to fix our Riobi remotes. We appreciated the time he spent even though he was not able to repair our problem.

Very responsive ....but very overpriced ! $600 for spring repair. Have to go elsewhere unfortunately.

The Technican (Gary) was pleasant & professional and the work was completed in a timely fashion (FIVE STARS for Technican) Springs have a 5 year warranty But..... You were an un-excusable 6 1/2 hours late, and since I made the appointment on Tuesday, you were actually 11 1/2 hours late because I should have been the 1st customer, not the last. I spoke with your customer service 4 times, and they never spoke about the extra Center Bearing, Hardware, & Disposal fees. So the $90 service fee savings was only a net savings of $22

I would love to give more stars, as the technician was very professional and courteous, however the time frame promised us was between 8 and 12 and the service man never called until 12:15 to tell me he'd be there by 12:45. I took the morning off from work to wait for him and then needed to take even more time. Also, he was not able to sync the opener with my car, he left it for us to do ourselves, possibly because we had to leave before he was finished the job.
