I recently called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for maintenance on my garage door that had originally been installed by TGS Garages & Doors, who unfortunately appears to have gone out of business. I wasn’t sure what to expect switching companies, but Precision exceeded every expectation. They scheduled me quickly and were out the very next day after I called. The technician could not have been nicer — professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired the issue with the garage door opener, fully tested everything to make sure it was working perfectly, and even performed maintenance on our second door to ensure both were in great shape. It’s refreshing to find a company that is responsive, thorough, and genuinely focused on customer service. Precision has absolutely earned my trust and will be the company I call for any garage door service needs going forward. Highly recommend!

Brian Messner did a great job of explaining the situation with the broken spring and upgrade parts for existing parts that were worn out. He then did the repair of the broken spring and upgraded the worn parts. He arrived when he said he would, assessed the situation, explained the repair clearly and performed the repair. Very satisfied.

I have never had a request for service that was handled better than this!! Appointment was made within 24 hours, Phil, the service man, was on time with notices texted for time of arrival. When he arrived and I explained the problem he did everything I needed to have done. I had a wonderful experience with luciano. He came to repair my garage door and took his time to make sure everything was done right and that I was completely satisfied. After finishing the repair, He noticed a small gap at the bottom of the door and explained that is the old rubber seal. I asked if it could be fixed, he said yes and immediately came back to replace the bottom rubber with one new one. I'm very pleased with the repair and really appreciated. Luciano Grisolia called me to alert me that he would be 20 minutes later in arriving. He assessed the situation, checked the needed repairs, and calculated the costs before beginning - a very professional young man. Jasper explained everything to me about how he would fix the damage (that I had caused). He was very good about keeping in touch with me by phone and text when he was delayed by traffic. When he was finished (in only about 15 minutes) he said he had checked with the main office and I would not be charged. I'd give Jasper a 6 start rating if that was possible.

I contacted Precision on Friday, 1/16/2026 and technician Luciano came to my house on the same day. Initially he explained my options and the respective price of each. Upon selecting the option of choice he proceeded to do the job on that same day. It was completed in under 2 hours to my specifications.
