Problem was solved, service guy had great knowledge and very courteous and communication was excellent but I think I paid too much extra $500 just to fix hunged garage door and putting some lubricant no other parts were involved. $500 for the 30 min work when no parts are involved I think is expensive.

Luciano was the service rep from ur company and he is 5 stars !(of 5) He listened to me and then quickly diagnosed the problem He showed me other areas of concern and discussed the benefit of having him replace them He quickly went to work and was completed before I knew it ! He showed me what he had done And was very thorough I used ur company several years ago on my mother’s home and glad I was a repeat customer ! Then this year the automatic door wasn’t operating and I called the company. Jules returned and discovered the problem and obtained the logic board that needed replacement. Precision gives a lifetime warranty and today Jules brought the part and had my door working like new….no charge as the warranty covered all. Thank you Precision and thank you Jules! Damaged our garage door last week such that three panels are bent inward thus making door operation very difficult because the panels do not align properly. I tried forcing the panels outward but still not good. We saw your commercial on TV on Saturday and looked you up on your (impressive) website. Scheduling a repair estimate was very easy and quick. Your technician "Phil" arrived as scheduled first thing Monday morning, evaluated the damage and recommended door replacement because any repairs would be temporary with continued erratic operation and very likely failures in the future. Phil was very understanding, courteous and professional. We are expecting our door replacement within 4-6 weeks, and we will provide a follow-up review after installation. THANKS.
