Anthony Castiglione was thorough in explaining the various options for my garage door issues. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient in answering all my questions. Anthony was prepared to provide any of the services that I decided to proceed with. Once the work was completed, everything was reviewed with me I am very pleased with the results. My garage door is functioning more efficiently and is much quieter. Anthony was awesome and I very much appreciate his customer service and professionalism!

Your Tech Rob Singletary arrived right on time. He inspected the situation and pointed out several major problems. I told him that we had discussed replacing the door. In Fact a house close by had one that my wife really liked. I drove Rob there and he took photos of it. He then sent the photos to a sales person who provided the necessary info to create a contract for a new door. Rob went over every thing with me and I gave him a deposit for the job. Painless transaction. Rob went above and beyond for us. Thank you !!!

Excellent service! Called Precision from work at 9:45 in the morning and had a repair service technician at my home by 10:30 that same morning. The technician "Brian" was professional and friendly, explaining what needed to be replaced and why. With the exception of the door itself and the rails, everything else (coil springs, cables, drums, wheels, opener / track, etc.) was replaced and ready to go in less than three hours. Amazing work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Called Precision about garage door issues and they were out the next day. Brian the installer seemed very knowledgable with what he was doing also very friendly and approachable about questions that I had. He replaced springs,rollers,bearings and a lower door seal as well as adjusting the travel of my door. I am very pleased with the company from the initial call and appointment setup to the arrival of Brian and the communication throughout . My technician Anthony Cellucci was punctual and polite. He observed the problem very quickly after a few tests. A new keypad was needed to resolve my problem.
