Able to get an appointment right away to address my garage door opener problem.. ultimately needed to be replaced. The cost was definitely more than I had anticipated, but work needed to be completed and I had the job done. Technician Rob called and showed up before my appointment window opened, which was appreciated by me, and completed the job relatively quickly. Everything was explained to me fully and Rob was on his way. Only recommendations would be a smaller appointment window than four hours and maybe a lower cost but good quality alternative to the equipment available on the truck.

They did such an amazing job installing my new garage door a few years ago that I thought of them them when my remotes were suddenly not working well. I got an appointment using their website the very same day! Anthony diagnosed the problem immediately - old LED bulbs were causing signal interference. He removed them and the problem stopped! He advised using bulbs made specifically for garage doors in the future. Awesome service - and no charge!

We take care of our 86 year old Mom and she uses a walker. We enter and exit our home through the garage to avoid the stairs. One morning I heard a pop. Upon investigation our garage door broke and was inoperable. I called precision and they came out the same day. Anthony our tech identified the issue, it was a broken spring and cable. He had the parts on board. Anthony replaced the defective parts and tuned up the door. Anthony was professional, knowledgable and quickly got our door up and running.Thanks Anthony! Excellent experience with every technician who has worked on or installed my garage doors which were installed by Precision. Special recognition for technician Michael Milas who came to replace both my garage door pads which stopped working three days ago.I replaced batteries but still did not work . Michael replaced both pads with Genie pads, programmed them, and everything is working fine. Michael was very customer orientated, knowledgeable, and represented Precision Garage Door Service well. Michael was very courteous, responsive , and communicated well , while on the job and by notifying me of his arrival time. Thank you

We were having issues with our garage door opener and decided to call Precision Doors because of their great ratings. I am so happy I did!!! Anthony was a super nice guy and walked me through the potential causes. He also provided multiple options to fix! He ended up replacing our key pads and tuning up the system for us. This is the second time I used your company to my complete satisfaction. Upon calling I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The Technician, Anthony, kept me informed of his arrival time. He was prompt, courteous, very friendly and explained my options in an easy to understand manner. The estimate was fair and he promptly performed the work. Within a day of my call, I had a new opener, sensors and keypad installed with remotes.
