Please share with the Precision Door Service management my rating of "10" for our 7/14/23 emergency service event. From the time I placed the call to Precision at 1:01 PM to having your outstanding technician, Aaron Bean, pull up at 2:35 pm and have the entire repair completed in 1 hour is, again, IMPRESSIVE! Back in business with a garage door that now operates better than it has in years in less than 3 hours - absolutely amazing - thank you! Aaron is not only an excellent mechanic, but personable, professional and has great customer service and communication skills! Thank you again for Precision's outstanding responsiveness and quality service!

I saw you when checking online for torsion spring replacements & went to your website. Everything sounded good so I made the call. The appointment was so easy to make for the next day. I was told the tech would call with an approximate time as he was finishing a prior job - he said 40 minutes & was here in 30! The job took 1/2 hour, he cleaned up & took everything out to his truck. He wore a mask & was very respectful. )Sorry about my overly friendly dog!) The billing process was also very easy & touchless. I’d definitely recommend you to anyone with a garage door problem.

I am giving you a rating of 2 stars for 1) timely appointment and 2) pleasant technician. However, $770+ to repair a garage door is outrageous. I cannot/will not recommend your company to anyone who needs a similar service.
