On Thursday night we found the torsion spring on our garage door had broken. I called Precision garage door service and they said, they will send a service technician out on the very next day. Anthony Castiglione was our service technician and he inspected the garage door cables, end bearings and the torsion cables. He when over what replacement parts were needed. Anthony did a great job. He was very courteous and true professional. I would highly recommend Precision garage door service for any repairs or replacement of the garage door opener. Anthony, thank you for your help.
