Your technician Anthony Cellucci was very professional and knowledgeable and he explained all the options that were available to us. He replaced the rollers, springs, extension cabels, bottom seal, 2 Genie motors and belt rails. He also replaced the wall pads and remote controls. I bought my garage doors from Precision in 2020. Whenever I have a problem with the doors Precision comes right away and fixes the problem. The technicians are super nice and explain what the problem was and how they fixed it. Brian was here today and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Nice guy. Has been here before. Called before he came and let me know when he was going to arrive. Good company.
