I had an emergency in July I called a garage door company for help. What a mistake I made they had to come back twice and were very very expensive. I also asked for a price for a door opener. They gave me an outrageous price I said no. I saw the commercial for precision and called for service. Jules arrived on time and answered all my questions. Very professional !!!! Josh was Great! Called Precision Garage Door to address an issue I was having with my garage door hanging up. Josh came out to the house the same day (within hours), called me in advance to let me know when he would be arriving, and sent a picture as well so I would know who was coming to the house. Josh corrected the issue in a timely manner and clearly explained what the issue and correct fix was (seal replacement). Can't say enough about Josh. He was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and professsional, both in appearance and demeaner. I would highy recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Your technician Anthony Cellucci was very professional and knowledgeable and he explained all the options that were available to us. He replaced the rollers, springs, extension cabels, bottom seal, 2 Genie motors and belt rails. He also replaced the wall pads and remote controls. The technicians are super nice and explain what the problem was and how they fixed it. Brian was here today and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Nice guy. Has been here before. Called before he came and let me know when he was going to arrive. Good company.
