Josh was Great! Called Precision Garage Door to address an issue I was having with my garage door hanging up. Josh came out to the house the same day (within hours), called me in advance to let me know when he would be arriving, and sent a picture as well so I would know who was coming to the house. Josh corrected the issue in a timely manner and clearly explained what the issue and correct fix was (seal replacement). Can't say enough about Josh. He was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and professsional, both in appearance and demeaner.
