My garage door malfunctioned and would not close ( had to leave it open all night!) But I called ur company and got an appt for today ! Luciano was the service rep from ur company and he is 5 stars !(of 5) He listened to me and then quickly diagnosed the problem He showed me other areas of concern and discussed the benefit of having him replace them He quickly went to work and was completed before I knew it ! He showed me what he had done And was very thorough I used ur company several years ago on my mother’s home and glad I was a repeat customer ! Anthony C came out to service our garage door. We had a broken spring. He inspected the whole door and motor. He gave us a few options which was great. I had an electric garage door opening system added to my existing door. My neighbor across the street had new garage doors installed and recommended me to give Precision a call. Right from my first meeting with my technician Jules I felt I was with the right company. Jules took time to explain what he would do and once the work was completed he left everything neat and also made me feel confident that all was working according to plan. Then this year the automatic door wasn’t operating and I called the company. Jules returned and discovered the problem and obtained the logic board that needed replacement. Precision gives a lifetime warranty and today Jules brought the part and had my door working like new….no charge as the warranty covered all. Thank you Precision and thank you Jules! I highly recommend this company!!

Anthony and Wayne did a fantastic and neat job on the maintenance and repair of the old parts on my garage doors. They arrived on time and completed the repair of the garage doors in a timely manner. They were very neat. I also asked to have an outside remote keypad installed at the last minute and they installed it for me. They were very professional and courteous. We decided to go with a company we previously purchased garage doors from at our previous home. Just a little feed back. Dana did not leave any brochures for us to review.
