Great experience. Josh called and left a message that he was on his way and gave an ETA, which I appreciated. Josh was open and honest and we discussed several options including a general tune up and as a preventive measure based on the age of the door, new springs. He was easy to understand and presented all options for me to consider. I chose to replace the springs and Josh completed the job in a very professional manner.

Very pleased with the service provided today by Brandon Conover of Precision Door Service. He replaced the motor for one of my garage doors. He was pleasant, helpful and professional and I don't think you could ask for anything more than that. I would not hesitate to contact Precision again with any repair to my garage doors and I will also keep them in mind when I have to replace both of my garage doors. I was thoroughly impressed with Precision from the ease of scheduling a service appointment through the completion of the work and payment process. Very professional company with courteous and qualified employees, including the administrative staff. Joshua Panser was the technician that handled my service call. He was prompt and well spoken. He assessed the issues causing the garage door to malfunction, explained the scope of work and provided a cost estimate and alternatives. Once we arrived at a plan he undertook the work and completed it within a hour. I’d recommend Precision to anyone in need of the services the company provides and certainly would welcome having Joshua as the technician handling the service call. He was very knowledgeable and neat and informed me also of the software and wifi capabilities that I was unaware that are built into the unit.

Had a problem opening my garage door. When I called, someone came out the next day. Dustin was very efficient and explained the problem and what we needed. He gave us a price and we agreed. After a couple of hours he replaced parts and we are satisfied with the job he did.
