Jules took time to explain what he would do and once the work was completed he left everything neat and also made me feel confident that all was working according to plan. Then this year the automatic door wasn’t operating and I called the company. Jules returned and discovered the problem and obtained the logic board that needed replacement. Precision gives a lifetime warranty and today Jules brought the part and had my door working like new….no charge as the warranty covered all. Thank you Precision and thank you Jules!
