This is the second time I used your company to my complete satisfaction. Upon calling I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The Technician, Anthony, kept me informed of his arrival time. He was prompt, courteous, very friendly and explained my options in an easy to understand manner. The estimate was fair and he promptly performed the work. Within a day of my call, I had a new opener, sensors and keypad installed with remotes. He also added a new seal on the bottom of the door to help keep debris out of my garage. Your company has exceeded my expectations.

I had two very old chain-driven garage door openers that I decided to replace with a newer, quieter model. I called and Precision offered me multiple appointment times to best fit my needs. The technician, Jules, communicated his earlier appointment progress throughout the day and actually was able to arrived earlier than expected which I appreciated. He informed me that he could do the replacement that day and provided a quote on the spot. I thought the price was reasonable and agreed. There was no hard sell. That afternoon, within 24 hours of my initial call, I had two completely new belt-driven garage door openers, remotes and motion sensors installed. Its so much quieter than my old one. Jules was friendly, conscientious and an informative worker. He answered all my questions and clean-up completely including taking all the old materials. I'm very happy with the installation.

Brian Mesmer did a good job he replaced both springs both cables 10 rollers in extreme heat! The only problem was the cost $1,140 was very expensive.

The website advertises same day service and emergency service and someone always answering the phone no matter what time it is. None of those things were true. The earliest technician came about 19 hours after we were able to contact someone. Once there, he tried to upsell us on replacing literally everything related to the garage door, but I insisted we just wanted to fix the problem. Even then, he recommended replacing the whole motor ($750), and I’m not sure that was necessary. But fine, we did it. And then he assured me that it was trivial to re-program our car HomeLink systems to sync with the new motor. It is not. I’ve been trying to do it for 45 minutes and failing, watching several YouTube videos, etc. I am just going to give up and use the remotes instead. In all, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend again.
