I have relied on Precision for quite a few years and have always been very pleased with the workmanship that was done. This last time, I can't say enough about Anthony who did a lot of work to make my garage door work like a charm. He was diligent, respectful, and most helpful since I developed an asthma attack while he was working. The kindness, concern, and empathy he displayed was above and beyond what I was ever shown by a worker. You have in your employ a very special, hard-working, and compassionate gentleman. My husband chose Precision based on your great reviews. Our garage door opener mechanisiam snapped and we could no longer use it. He called on Sunday and Monday Jules showed up to either repair or replace. As it was 20 years old and builder grade we chose to replace it. He had the units on the truck, explained our options and we chose our unit. Jules was friendly, professional and in about 2 hours we had a new, totally quiet unit! Not only that the price was very reasonable. Thank you Jules, you're the best.

Amazing experience having 2 new garage door openers installed at my house. The technician Aaron was out within the hour of my calling, even though it was later in the day. He finished the job the next day, and thoroughly explained everything to me about the new openers. He was very polite and mindful of my time and schedule the whole time. Just a pleasant experience overall; I had used your services previously, and I won't hesitate to use you guys again! I highly recommend.

I was very pleased with precision doors service. We had 2 garage door openers that were over 30 years old And both died at the same time. We called and a service tech was out the same day. They replaced both garage door openers, tracks, wheels, and moved the wall openers in approximately 3 hours and clean up after. A demo was provided for both the wall and car devices. They offered different installation plans which increased in price but did not push any specific plan which I appreciated.

We called Precision garage on a Friday afternoon. They were here within 2 hours to do the repairs. Aaron was extremely friendly and very professional. The job took about an hour. Aaron gave a tutorial on proper lubricants and where they go. Very impressed by this company.

We called Precision Overhead Garage Door Co from website. What made us call was "family owned business". The answering service was very professional and assisted us in repair needs and if not repairable made appt for sales as well. Anthony who was very nice, came out and yes he was honest as garage doors are since 1985 with repairs during the years but ours was unrepairable this time. Then Phil R. came out from sales who was very Professional, efficient, friendly and we review doors, colors and samples. We signed up for 2 new carriage type doors for our home. Thank you !!!

Setting up the repair was easy and convenient. They were able to come out next day, which was great since one of my garage doors would not close. The technician, Aaron B. was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgable. Explained each and every part and step of the process of what was not working and what needed to be repaired and how. I felt as though I understood what was being done, which is not the case, usually. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any type of garage door service or repair.

Jules let me know when he was on his way and was on time. He explained the workings of my system and options to replace my 25 year old garage door opener. There was no hard sell and he showed me that the major parts where in good shape. He installed a new opener and set up all the remotes and showed how they all worked. Nice to know my system is in good shape. He is a nice young man, knows his service and I am happy to refer him and this company for service. The new opener came with all the remotes that I needed. The web site gave a lot of useful information to help make me an informed consumer.
