From my initial call to the mechanic that performed the install, I was pleasantly surprised, and completely satisfied. I attempted to arrange a competitor of Precision to complete my repair, and after a week of back and forth, I gave up. I called Precision Door around 9:30am and the call center stated they would have a technician to complete the repair/installation by mid afternoon that same day. Anthony performed the installation, cleaned up behind himself, and was a perfect gentleman the entire time. Thank you Precision Door for being such a professional company.

Called to ask about a garage door opener. In less than an hour, I received a call for service. Brandon did an outstanding job. Had Garage door opener installed in about 2 hours. He also had to adjust the garage door so it would open nice and smooth. Thank you Brandon
