Amazing experience having 2 new garage door openers installed at my house. The technician Aaron was out within the hour of my calling, even though it was later in the day. He finished the job the next day, and thoroughly explained everything to me about the new openers. He was very polite and mindful of my time and schedule the whole time. I was very pleased with precision doors service. We had 2 garage door openers that were over 30 years old And both died at the same time. We called and a service tech was out the same day. They replaced both garage door openers, tracks, wheels, and moved the wall openers in approximately 3 hours and clean up after. A demo was provided for both the wall and car devices. They offered different installation plans which increased in price but did not push any specific plan which I appreciated.

We called Precision garage on a Friday afternoon. They were here within 2 hours to do the repairs. Aaron was extremely friendly and very professional. The job took about an hour. Aaron gave a tutorial on proper lubricants and where they go. Very impressed by this company.

Setting up the repair was easy and convenient. They were able to come out next day, which was great since one of my garage doors would not close. The technician, Aaron B. was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgable. Explained each and every part and step of the process of what was not working and what needed to be repaired and how. I felt as though I understood what was being done, which is not the case, usually. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any type of garage door service or repair.

Precessional and expert advise that is backed by qualified technicians. I have Aaron helped with installing a new tension cable system to replace an old system that was noisy and constantly causing issues with the cable. With the new system and 5yr warranty, I am at ease with not having to worry about when the garage door cable will break again. My chat was instant. I recorded the problem. A technician was dispatched by 2pm and not only fixed the issue, "tuned up the door" but also was able to install a key pad on a different door. All this was done with courtesy and efficiency. Aaron Bean was a delightful young man. Keep hiring such well trained individuals.
