The technician, Rob Singletary, kept in touch with me before arriving at my house early for my appointment. He listened to my problem, asked a few questions and told me what he would do to fix and the cost. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the repairs and made recommendations for the future of my garage door openers. Great repair serviceman, I am very pleased with his professional service.

Great experience. Josh called and left a message that he was on his way and gave an ETA, which I appreciated. Josh was open and honest and we discussed several options including a general tune up and as a preventive measure based on the age of the door, new springs. He was easy to understand and presented all options for me to consider. I chose to replace the springs and Josh completed the job in a very professional manner.

Wonderful service in every way. I called on a Thursday, got an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived not only on time but early. That is unheard of in this day and age. He was extremely knowledgeable, competent and professional in repairing my garage door. Plus, he was pleasant and courteous. Best of all, my door works perfectly now. I should have called Precision Garage Door Service sooner. I would have saved myself a lot of aggravation and unnecessary expense.

Excellent customer service and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Technician (Anthony) gave me options from least expensive to full replacement on garage opener. He did not try to sell me the most expensive way to correct my problems however I did go with the full replacement opener (my decision). Repair was relatively quick for a new replacement. Prices were good. Technician also pin pointed another potential problem and corrected for me, Very polite and cleaned up and a neat worker.
