Phil from Precision Garage Door Service came in and replaced springs, cables and rollers. Then adjusted the door opener. Now the system runs smooth and quiet and the strange noises are gone.

I appreciated the follow up calls the representative made regarding the time frame he would arrive. The two men were courteous and went right to work. They told me the handles are still on order, and I will be contacted when they arrive. After having the clear glass windows, it is an adjustment for my husband and I to see the look of the obscure glass windows. The obscure glass is a little darker than the clear glass. I hope we can become accustomed to the new look.
