Our service tech, John Patton, understood our issues and quickly resolved our problems. He provided insight that we never thought of - for example - replacing our garage door opener motors’ light bulb with special bulbs that wouldn’t interfere with the operation of the doors, like the ones we had in there might have done. I would recommend John and Precision to others.

Precision Garage Door of SJ provides excellent service for any and all garage door needs you may have. My 20+ yr old metal door required new rollers, new springs and mechanical lifting assemblies. John arrived on time (as well providing me with advance notice of arrival), carefully assessed the work and presented me with all options, and was extremely friendly and informative during this process. Once I decided, the work was executed efficiently and flawlessly in under 2 hours. Quality is outstanding and exceeded my expectations!! My garage door now operates smoothly and as if it were new - an incredible experience beginning to end! Finding their website was my 1st and last stop in sourcing the repairs to my garage door. I chose Precision because I've seen the name in my local area before, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to try. Back in business with a garage door that now operates better than it has in years in less than 3 hours - absolutely amazing - thank you!
