I contacted the company at approximately 8pm Sunday night. The earliest appointment was Tuesday between 2-6pm. I spoke with the receptionist and stated that I would be available sooner if they had a cancellation. Justin called to let me know he could start at 12. This worked out great for my situation because I am in the middle of a move and the garage door is very necessary for progress. Justin was very informative and quickly repaired my issue. He had all spare parts on hand and was very courteous to myself and family. I would recommend this company to anyone needing an alignment and repair. Thank you Justin and Precision Door.

Website was very informative & we liked that we spoke to a live person on our initial call. Technician was to be here from 10-2 but called at 9 & here by 9:30! Nice surprise. John was courteous, professional & highly knowledgeable. He gave us 3 options for the repair. Repair occurred in a reasonable amount of time. Also replaced the weather stripping at the bottom of the door & the keypad which were needed. Door works great & is quieter. Thanks

My Insulated double garage door was installed yesterday - about a week ahead of time! The installers arrived when they said they would - the door is high quality; was professionally installed, and looks great! Only issue is the glass window inserts were left at the shop. The installers said they would return today to install them - but so far its been a no-show. I will let you know my final assessment when the job is complete.

Called and was told a technician would be available with in 4 hour window THAT DAY! Technician called to say he would be there in one half hour on schedule. Technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. It was a significant issue, he provided alternatives, and proceeded to fix the problem. Great communication timely arrival, prompt service. It doesn’t get better than this!

Excellent Star Rating of 5 - Solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Explained everything fully and provided maintenance help on hinges and mechanical parts. Both gentlemen were very courteous and called me about 30 minutes prior to arrival.

This morning I phoned Precision Door Service and was pleasantly surprised by their quick response. A truck with 2 workers arrived within a couple hours. A Technician evaluated the complaints, then explained the problems and options available. They worked diligently and corrected the issues promptly. Both workers were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend the company to others.

John was super helpful. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Fixed broken springs, replaced a bad bracket and installed new rollers. Not only got us up and running again quickly but it's much smoother and quieter now too. Great work. I would highly recommend!
