Wonderful service in every way. I called on a Thursday, got an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived not only on time but early. That is unheard of in this day and age. He was extremely knowledgeable, competent and professional in repairing my garage door. Plus, he was pleasant and courteous. Best of all, my door works perfectly now. I should have called Precision Garage Door Service sooner. I would have saved myself a lot of aggravation and unnecessary expense.

Excellent customer service and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Technician (Anthony) gave me options from least expensive to full replacement on garage opener. He did not try to sell me the most expensive way to correct my problems however I did go with the full replacement opener (my decision). Repair was relatively quick for a new replacement. Prices were good. Technician also pin pointed another potential problem and corrected for me, Very polite and cleaned up and a neat worker.

I called in the morning with a broken spring and they had someone at the house early afternoon. Anthony, the service tech, was amazing and in less than an hour he had all the parts replaced and the door working perfectly.

Having used Precision before, I had no hesitation calling again. The technician was friendly, meticulous, and went beyond my expectations in the fact that he even blew the leaves out of my garage after he was finished with the repairs (what an unexpected surprise!). Our garage door opener was not working. I called Precision, spoke to Christine, and two hours later Anthony Godleski showed up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. When he left, the opener was working like new. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to everyone.

This company is the best. I had them replace several part on a garage door that needed some overhaul which they need in January in 2024. Just recently it needed a part that was under warranty, I called in at 9AM and by 10:30AM their service tech Anthony was out and fixed the issue right away.They are very responsive and customer service and the tech's are top notch.

The guys showed up right on time. They looked the job over and gave me an itemized quote. No hard up-sell. They told me it would be an hour to repair and it was. And they swept the floor before they left. You can find cheaper companies, but they came over on short notice, when they said they would and got me going again. When the other door breaks, I'll call again

I found precision doors on line. So I called and made a appointment. Their service man was on time this morning. My door was stuck closed, so he got it open and after inspection he replaced many old track wheels and 2 bad pulleys I had to repair this old door right now and will invest in a new door this coming spring.your service man was very noticeable and performed his job very well, my door works just as good and even better then befor thank you very much,I will make sure all my friends with garage doors no who to call if they have any problems.

The advertisement I saw on line stated that service could be completed immediately because all of the parts were on hand with the service technician. I called got an appointment same day within a couple of hours. Anthony, the technician arrived promptly at the appointment time and was able to give me a quote and complete the repairs within two hours. I do not hesitate to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Service to anyone with Garage door problems or looking to upgrade their installation. JP
