Had a broken spring and John called on the appointment day to say when he would be here and even asked if he could pick anything up for us on the way. He arrived on time and looked at the other garage doors and made suggestions - no pressure, but we did have one thing done that the original installer should have done. He started the repair, and it was done in a professional manner with quality parts. John was very knowledgeable about all aspects of garage doors and openers. He was very courteous and truly a great representative of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Added note is that their trucks are fully stocked to make sure whatever is needed is available. Serice performed included 2 springs replaced on one door, door strengtheners on 2 doors and new safety cables on 2 doors and then John checked the function of two doors and adjusted as needed. VERY HAPPY.

Our service tech, John Patton, understood our issues and quickly resolved our problems. He provided insight that we never thought of - for example - replacing our garage door opener motors’ light bulb with special bulbs that wouldn’t interfere with the operation of the doors, like the ones we had in there might have done. I would recommend John and Precision to others.

Precision Garage Door of SJ provides excellent service for any and all garage door needs you may have. My 20+ yr old metal door required new rollers, new springs and mechanical lifting assemblies.
