Service was so good. The technician Mike was great he got done exactly what we needed. We had another company come out before hand and tell us to install an opener was impossible because of a support beam not giving enough clearance. Service was courteous, professional, and fast. In a time where many companies make excuses for not being able to help, Precision did the opposite. I called on Thursday morning for assistance in repairing my garage door and the technician (Mike M) was there the next day. He even called me to advise me of his location and approximate arrival time. He was friendly, honest, explained everything clearly, and finished the job in 20 mins. I was very satisfied with the price. If I hear any of my friends or family have garage door issues, I will definitely mention my positive experience and recommend Precision.
