Anthony C did a fantastic job today tuning up our two (2) garage doors, replaced all rollers, springs, door seals, and both openers all while respecting our property. Your Tech Anthony Godleski, contacted me and let me know when he would arrive and arrived promptly. He explained the motor we Marantec was probable not serviceable and explained our options. He installed the new Genie opener, explained each feature and helped me program it to my car. Great experience. Very good tech.

From my initial call to the mechanic that performed the install, I was pleasantly surprised, and completely satisfied. I attempted to arrange a competitor of Precision to complete my repair, and after a week of back and forth, I gave up. I called Precision Door around 9:30am and the call center stated they would have a technician to complete the repair/installation by mid afternoon that same day. Anthony performed the installation, cleaned up behind himself, and was a perfect gentleman the entire time. Thank you Precision Door for being such a professional company.

I wanted to upgrade my garage door opener’s so I called Precision Overhead door service. After a brief discussion, I had a same day appointment for early afternoon. The technician (John) showed up shortly thereafter. He explained the offerings and I decided on a Liftmaster WIFI unit with camera.
