Pro: Service was great as technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. Cons: pricing was ridiculously high. 10 minute job cost $250. I asked how much they charge an hour and was told $100/hr. All they did was replace two cables and reinstall one pulley. Even if the job took 15 min that would be $25 for labor which means that they used $225 in materials??!!!??!! No way!!!! Then they didn’t want to take off the $49.95 service fee that I was told would be not charged if work was done when I made the appt. Finally they did remove the service charge after politely refusing to pay it. Also, the company has trained their technicians to Immediately up sell and they very nicely offered me two packages. One for $450 and one for $786. Both completely unnecessary and the experience did not feel good at all. Despite the technician being great I would not use Precision Door South Jersey again nor would I recommend them. I feel like I got ripped off!!!

I saw you when checking online for torsion spring replacements & went to your website. Everything sounded good so I made the call. The appointment was so easy to make for the next day. I was told the tech would call with an approximate time as he was finishing a prior job - he said 40 minutes & was here in 30! The job took 1/2 hour, he cleaned up & took everything out to his truck. He wore a mask & was very respectful. )Sorry about my overly friendly dog!) The billing process was also very easy & touchless. I’d definitely recommend you to anyone with a garage door problem.

I went with Precision Door Service because of word of mouth advertising. When I called, I explained the problem and an appointment was set up for the next day. Mr. John Patton, Technician, showed up in a clearly marked truck and shirt, with a mask on. He looked over my garage doors and made a few recommendations, including cost of each recommendation. After listening to his detailed explanation of the problems and the cost involved, I went with having the springs, rollers, safety cable, pully’s struts bottom bracket, bottom seal and reinforcement brackets replaced. After John Patton was finished with his work, including resetting the garage door opener to work properly, he cleaned out the garage with an electric blower. He left the area in better shape that it was to start. I am very happy with the service performed and cost of the work. I would recommend Precision Door Service and John Patton, Technician without any hesitation
