The technicians, Josh and Aaron, were very professional, explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand and left the area completely clean. Although cables were definitely needed, I opted for a much quieter garage door system and so some parts needed to be replaced and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Precision to others.

Experienced a problem with my garage door that made it impossible to operate. Googled garage door repairs and found Precision. Called early in the morning and a live person answered and scheduled an immediate appointment. Mike was extremely professional. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions at an affordable price. 45 minutes later my garage door was fixed and fully operational. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door of South Jersey. First, they answered the phone and had a live receptionist, so I didn’t need to leave a message and wait for a response. They were very timely in scheduling to repair our garage door and had excellent communication with us about when they were due to arrive. They provided an assessment of the problem, as well as an estimate of the repair work to be done. Because they carried the parts we needed on their truck they were able to complete the repair immediately. They were very professional and did a superb job! Two thumbs up!
